I’m a Cook

August 2, 2008

I have always been a self proclaimed non-cook. I would joke that I don’t know how to cook meat and that I could burn water.
This is no longer the case. I am an alright cook. I am still not the best cook when it comes to meat – poultry specifically, but I have expanded my cooking horizons.
I have started testing meals on T and so far – fabulous.
I can now say that cooking is something I enjoy doing… Some meals that have weaved into our dinner plan include:
Meat Loaf (a T favorite), Tacos, Polish Meatballs, Enchiladas, & of course and array of Pasta dishes. I think the biggest winner so far – enchiladas. Even co-workers who have tried them were raving.
I now have confidence in the kitchen – that’s a good thing.
