Attempting Carrot Cake Pops… The first batch was a raving hit. Chocolate pops with vanilla icing and sprinkles. So, I am attempting Carrot Cake. I love Carrot Cake. I would love it in a pop. So, trying it out and hoping for success.
The cake was baked and is now cooling. Tomorrow the crumbling, mixing, icing and decorating.
I’ll keep you posted, but I think the treats will be yummy.
