It is time to get back onto the workout horse. I am feeling a need to focus my attention on my physical health. It is time. It is time to take a little time to jog, simply jog. Weight training, yoga & additional fitness focuses will come. Now I need jogging & a lot of it. And focused on healthy eating. It is time. It’s part of my 2013 goal, it is time. Have I mentioned, it is time?
