#fiftydays left!
So, I have got to be honest, the first twenty days were pretty much life as usual (I started this journey with #eightydays). The past ten have been pretty incredible though. On day sixty I decided to start pushing myself. I decided to motivate myself. I decided to jump right on out of my comfort zone and try something new. Document every single day for the final two months.
Well… I can say one thing. I am getting good at fitness. And I know I am getting better at the eating thing. I just haven’t put myself on lockdown. I haven’t stopped enjoying a chocolate chip cookie here or there. I am still enjoying eating out with my Mr and picking what I like off of the menu. I took two of the past ten days off of working out, back to back, gasp. The bottom line, I am taking this at my pace and relaxing into the routine. It is a journey, not a race.
I am finding my health rhythm and it feels good. I am slowly but surely changing habits and maintaining routine. I have educated myself on my health more than I ever have before. I am aware of the fuel I put into my body and I understand when I am fueling it properly.
I am enjoying this journey with myself for myself. I am thrilled to be focusing on my health from the inside out, working to become strong, not skinny. I am proud to be an example of persistence and consistency in my home. I am excited to be healthy for my family. I am pumped to be strong for myself. And I am searching for those ab muscles I’ve been hiding for a couple years.
#fiftydays until I reveal my final success. #fiftydays until my birthday. #fiftydays to turn it up. I’ve got this!
Love this post! 🙂 And your cute mirror markers!
Thank you Kandice!!! I'll take motivation any way it comes! Neon certainly helps. 🙂
